OOOOHHHH....DUUUUUDE!!!!

Oh how my little boy grows. Will spent about 2 days repeating the phrase, "Oh DUDE!!!" over and over, which is funny because that is definately not something he normally says. Not to worry though, Solomon picked it up right away and is saying it CONSTANTLY. As much as that phrase is really annoying, it is incredibly sweet to hear him say that haha...sweet baby.

We went to Disneyland on Friday again. He didn't hate it like last time. He did really well. I was so proud of him. He seemed to tolerate the rides, unlike last time. The craziest part was he actually fell asleep in his stroller and took a two hour nap. Will and I were astonished! That just doesn not happen normally. Jen went with us too...she took some great pictures (I'm assuming, because that is what she does although I haven't seen them yet.) It was a great day.

Unfortunately, Solomon woke up with a fever yesterday. Its been about 102-103 up until now. Poor guy. He has no other symptoms which leads me to believe once again, it is his teeth. He has his last eye tooth poking through. Its all red and swollen. He has a really bad teething rash and is drooling like a mad man! I know that children are not typically supposed to get fevers that high...but it has been a trend since he was tiny, and I swear that it's just what he does. He is a trooper though...and if I were a "glass half full" kinda person I would be able to say, wow, so this is what it's like to have a calm child haha...He has just been laying there cuddling with me on the couch. Yesterday I thought he was ready to get up from a nap so I went in to get him up and he said, "No night night." I put my arms out and told him that I would get him out and we could watch a movie (which has never been denied in the span of his life) and he said, "No night night." So I said "Ok honey you can go night night..." and he just went back to sleep for the entire night, apart from two bottle feedings. He is such a jem...I adore him.

I am so thankful for my family...
